KLYNCHD | Returns & Refunds Policy

The Standard We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping & Responsibility

• Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for standard returns (e.g., fit issues or change of mind). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

• Our Mistake: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, KLYNCHD will cover the return shipping costs. In these cases, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label via email once your return request is approved.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at alm.info.book@gmail.com. Please note that all authorized returns must be sent to: 417 Speedway Dr, Fountain Inn, South Carolina 29644, United States Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exclusions Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
